LISTEN TO THIS: Seattle band Tellers release their new single "West"

February 9, 2018

A few weeks back I wrote a post telling people they needed to get down to the Tractor Tavern. Smokey Brights were releasing their new EP.

But a big part why that show was so great was because Everett band Tellers were opening. Tellers have been at it for a little while now and over the years I've watched them go through a name change and a handful of drummers (seriously, if you're a drummer you should hit them up). Well now, Tellers are about to release their debut full-length album and the early evidence is promising.

Last week popmatters.com premiered the new single from Tellers. The song is called "West" and it is pretty darn good.

I caught up with lead singer Sarah Feinberg who said, "We released 'West' as our first single, a hopeful tune with a vaguely ominous vibe. It feels like a dream to share it and see people connecting with the material. Can't wait to release the rest of our full-length record titled Shook.  It was made through the love and support from our fans."

Check it out for yourself and keep an eye out for their full length coming sometime in the near future.
