Noah Gundersen announces new album, releases first single "The Sound"

July 10, 2017

Seattle indie/folk rocker Noah Gundersen is back with a new solo record and tour, with his fifth solo album White Noise due out September 22.

His first track from the new album, "The Sound," can be heard below:

In the announcement, Gundersen said the recording took place over eight months at his loft studio in Ballard called "The Baitshop" (not to be confused with the Capitol Hill bar).

The new project features familiar faces in Noah's sister, Abby Gundersen, brother, Jonny Gundersen on drums, and Micah Simler, who appeared on Gundersen's solo album Carry the Ghost, on bass.

Following the album's release, Gundersen and the band will hit the road on a North American tour that culminates with a final show in Seattle at The Neptune on November 17.

Presale for the tour begins at 10:00 a.m. on July 11. Presale info for both the tour and the new album can be found here.
