Foo Fighters announce 2018 Seattle show at Safeco Field

Foo Fighters have finally announced a Seattle date in support of their 2017 album Concrete & Gold.

The Foos will return to Seattle to play Safeco Field on September 1, 2018. Tickets go on sale Monday, November 20 at 10:00 a.m.

The show marks the first time the band returns back to where it all started since November 28, 2014 when Foo Fighters blew the roof off The Showbox during their Sonic Highways tour.

Foo Fighters have one other show in Washington, having previously announced a Spokane stop on December 4, 2017 at the Knitting Factory.

One of Foo Fighters first-ever public shows was played in Seattle in 1995 at the now defunct Velvet Elvis in Pioneer Square.
