Video: How McDonalds makes their fries

I'm gonna go ahead and call you a liar if you say you dont like Mickey D's fries. There's something about them that no matter how anti-fast food you are, they're just absolutely undeniably delicious. Naturally, I've always assumed it's a comination of chemicals and great marketing, but here they kinda debunk the whole process (though I'm sure there's at least a few chemicals in there we aren't hearing about) but overall it seems fairly reasonable and honestly it just makes me hungry. Can't wait till they debunk the McDonalds Coke recipe. Check it out below...

This is specifically promoting the Canadian McDonalds restaurants, which I know from word of mouth that the smell and taste from Canadian ones are much higher quality than American ones. I have a feeling that the process is a little different for American ones. I'd like to know how the hell those small potatoes end up becoming 6 inch long french fries. That doesn't make sense.
