Video: Foo Fighters Play The DNC

To say the Foo Fighters aren't a political band would be a bit of a lie. Sure most of their tracks center lyrically around average human experience (well, minus those few about being in Nirvana) but you can't overlook the bands history of endorsing Candidates in recent years, and even going so far as to release a record (In Your Honor) thinly veiled as a reference for presidential hopeful John Kerry back in 2004. And now tonight they show their allegiance again by performing 2 songs at tonights DNC, "My Hero" and "Walk" in their classy acoustic form. Regardless of your political affiliation, you gotta respect a band that uses their voice to stand up for what they believe in. Check out the footage below...

They are great- but they should stick to playing music; B. Obama is the worst president this country has seen since Jimmy Carter.
