The 26th edition of Neil Young's Bridge School Benefit show happened over the weekend in San Francisco and featured acoustic sets from Guns n Roses, Jack White, The Flaming Lips, Foster The People, Steve Martin and more.
Even long time Bridge School vet and Neil Young buddy Eddie Vedder showed up for a surprise performance.
"This is the last place I thought I'd be when I woke up today... opening for Guns N' Roses," Vedder said after taking the stage
After showing up late (to a benefit...really Axl?) GnR didn't disappoint - playing songs from "Appetite for Destruction", "Lies" and Chinese Democracy.
As always - proceeds from the show went to benefit the Bridge School in Hillsborough, California, which assists children with severe physical impairments and complex communication needs.
