Capitol Hill Block Party isn't the only music festival happening this weekend. If you'd rather get back to nature a little bit, get out of the city and the crowds, and enjoy the forest well... Timber is perfect for you! You might want to hurry though. It kicks off today at 4pm in Carnation, WA! The Helio Sequence, Fruit Bats, and a bunch of other great bands are all playing tonight or tomorrow out there and tickets are still available. More info can be found here.

Hey Pepper- you seem to be the best about blogging. I was wondering if you could make a list of all the best music festivals in WA? I always seem to be finding out about them too late- like Doe Bay. And this one looks awesome too and I've never heard of it. Much thanks!

Thanks Anna! Google these fests: Pickathon, Summer Meltdown, and The Retreat - all happening soon as well.
