The VMA's Are Tonight

Is it ok for a network that doesn't play music videos to continue it's tradition of celebrating them? Do you even miss videos on TV? Shouldn't this just be the YouTube awards?

Despite their lack of playing music videos (and still rerunning The Hills), there's usually something wacky that happens every year. Here's a top 10 list of shocking things at past VMAs:
