I'm not a lawyer but I play one at home on my couch with the lights off. Even a bonehead like me knows it's not a good idea to mess with Yacht. Their music kicks ass. It works everywhere: on a treadmill at the gym, on a walk in a crowded mall during the holidays, eating biscuits with an enemy, heavy petting...you get it. Well the department store, Kohl's, has appeared to borrow lyrics and part of the band's logo for a shirt they are selling in their stores and the band wants none of it. Yacht has issued the above picture to get the word out as they take Kohl's to Khort.
