So, You're In Seattle: Andrew Harms (Special Edition)

Apr 25th | categories: Awesome, Interview, So You're In Seattle

When I moved to Seattle all those years ago, the first person to be nice to me was former End DJ Harms. He went out of his way and volunteered to help me move some of my stuff into my apartment (sucker!), took me out for lunch, and taught me allllll about the Sloop in Ballard. That was all in one day! Everyone else had been friendly, but he was the first to selflessly be cool to me. For that, he's a top man. When he left The End, we were all super bummed, again, we lost a top man and that sucked.

Harms moved on to do something super cool. He's working for Sean "Puff Daddy" Combs. Harms: what a badass. Though he's not in Seattle anymore, I had the chance to interview him about what's he's doing in Los Angeles and it just turned into the best conversation (including a story about another former End employee getting made fun of by Puff!).

Most of The End faithful do too. It sure beats your sophomoric/sophmorinic sense of humor an unbearable laugh.
