If you've only ever seen Russell Brand in Forgetting Sarah Marshall, the impression he leaves is of a goofy hair, weirdo that acts like an a-hole - that's right, i typed a-hole. While we haven't gone for a coffee date or to Disneyland, every instance of Brand that surfaces has been great for me. I loved him on WTF with Marc Maron. He's got a great show on FX (that I only saw for the first time last night) called BrandX.
When this popped up on Reddit today, I couldn't help but watch: Russell Brand interviewing memebers of the Westboro Baptist Church - YIKES!
I know it sucks that it's a video of TV, but you get used to it super quickly.

If Russell interview s them again, he should ask them why it's wrong for U.S. soldiers to work for the govt, yet perfectly ok for several WBC members to do the same thing by working for the Kansas State Dept. of Correction. He should press them for a clear answer on this, as to why it's not hypocritical on their part.
