Matt Bellamy's Guitar Must Be Created By Space Creatures

Feb 04th | categories: Music, Nerd Stuff

The Muse show on Friday night once again demonstrated that this little band from England puts a ton of thought and buckets of money into their craft. Last time around, rumors suggested that they lost money taking their complicated, three tower set around the world. While it may be easy to lost in the polished stage's brilliant screens and lasers, let's not forget the musicians and specifically all the weird guitars they use. Skip ahead two minutes for the weird stuff!

So how does Bellamy utilize the "Kaoss Pad" built into the guiatr? Here's some dude that figured out how to guitar-eoke using a similar unit:

Wow. Despite the mid song video swap, that performance is pretty legit!

Not only it was the best concert experience of my life, I was shocked to see ALL the tour buses that were parked in the back of Key Arena. I can't imagine the set-up and logistics involved setting up for Muse's concert. Definitely worth everypenny, and appreciate that they put in some much effort to bring in such an awesome show experience.
