Jordon Koplowitz Leaves Beat Connection

Jan 22nd | categories: Music, Video

It's a sad day in the Seattle music community as Jordan Koplowitz, a founding member of Beat Connection has announced his departure from the group to "pursue a new path". While there is no mention of a new project or if Jorden will continue to pursue any musical endeavors, both he and the group offered up the statement below...

We are very sad to announce that Jordan has decided to leave Beat Connection to pursue other interests. We understand and respect his decision and wish him the best of luck, its been a weird and amazing last few years, the three of us will continue on with Beat Connection and see what lies ahead.

Love you bud.

From Jordan:

"This weighs heavy on my heart, and is probably one of the hardest things I have ever had to write. I am here to tell you all that I have decided to leave Beat Connection. The past 2.5 years have been the most exciting and emotional years of my life, and I will always remember them, thank you all for that. I am leaving in order to pursue a new path in my life. All of your support, especially the support of my friends and family since BC's first release, means more to me than you could ever imagine. All the people I met, places I saw and unique experiences I had changed my life forever and I'm happy I was able to share those experiences with Reed, Jarred, Tom and all of you.

We wish the best for both parties and will enjoy our memories of seeing the 4 piece rock CHBP, Sasquatch, Neumos, house parties, and many other killer shows over the last few years. Check out their Locals Only Artist Of The Month in-studio below...
