End Music Discovery: Yeasayer - "Fragrant World" (Album Stream)

If you're a fan of the weird, then this record's for you. Not to say that Oddblood wasn't off the beaten path, Yeasayers long awaited much hyped follow up takes things to a whole new level of strange. Hiding pop songs under dense layers of synth wizardry and a sound pallet of scuzzy bleeps, bloops, and...well sounds i cant even type out phonetically. The album is a journey, much like the compiling of its tracks was earlier today (The tracks were originally hidden around the net as part of an online scavenger hunt before CoS put them all in one place for our ease and listneing pleasure). They're pulling the tracks at 8pm on August 3rd however, so our preview is short lived. Get on it quick! Enjoy here.
