End Music Discovery: Foster the People "Coming of Age"
Think back a couple of years to when the song that played on every damn radio station, every stupid commercial, in everybody's waiting room was "Pumped up Kicks". You'd hear just seconds of it and BOOM stuck in your head, you're welcome. Before that song was anything, Foster the People played at the High Dive in Fremont to raise money for Seattle's YouthCare - you know, for like 150 people PACKED in and sweating. Then they blew up.
After a hot minute away, Mark Foster and friends return just days before spring solstice with a new album, Supermodel. They, of course, released a song early to build anticipation. Discover "Coming of Age":
Pretty cool video, too! They play Sunday night (1/19) at The Croc, but that mothertrucker sold out in seconds - listen at noon this week for Pepper to give away tickets!
