End Music Discovery: Beck - "Old Shanghi" (performed by The New Yorker staff)

So Beck's got this Song Reader album coming out which, turns out isn't really even an album at all. But more a collection of songs that in a way pay homage to the 18 and 1900 where sheet music circulation was far more popular than it is today and in fact left a greater cultural impression than any famous performer at a time (you can read Beck's full explanation here). But in the meantime, he's put together this cool package, complete with art to hopefully inspire some people out there to take the time to recreate the songs themselves. Meanwhile the staff at The New Yorker have taken their relationship with the man to the next level, and performed the first track themselves. Check out "Old Shanghi" below...
