Look, I dunno how editorial I'm supposed to get here (my has no qualms about letting me know when I've gone a touch too far, and god knows I've been known to do it.) But seriously, am I the only one who always gets really stoked for new Band Of Horses, only to be a little let down every time they do something? It feels like ever since they left Seattle (and Sub Pop for that matter) they've just been really OK, not awful, but not great. Which brings us to the question, does this latest cut break that rut?
