Does music give you 'brain orgasms'?

Haven't you always wondered why the theme song in Excaliber gave you chills??

...and if you still want to believe it's an invisible wizard singing in your ear that's ok too.

I've gotten tingles down my spine from music for as long as I can remember. Usually it's classical music that does it, like Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata, but sometimes it's more modern stuff that just touches my heart. A lot of times the tingles are simply triggered by something beautiful. It could be something like a painting, a piece of writing, a gesture or action, the list goes on. No matter what though, I love them.
