B-Boys Adam Yauch Will Filed in NYC

As one final gesture of cool - it's been reported that the late Adam Yauch strictly prohibted the use of his name, likeness or music for any advertising purposes.

Filed earlier this week in Manhattan - it reads: "Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, in no event may my image or name or any music or any artistic property created by me be used for advertising purposes"

Yauch left his entire $6.4 million estate to his wife and daughter

As far as any left over tunes from Yauch - there have been reports of out-takes and new recording prior to Yauch's death - yet those will take some time to see the light of day as the band has said they haven't begun thinking along those lines yet - it's too soon
