Every year the smell of hippies, patchouli, and burning marijuana float around leaving our fair city in a haze. Then after a weekend of petitions and stinkiness, everyone goes back to their smoking pot at home/in the park/before work at the pizza place ways and we await the following gathering of the stoners/juggalos. NOT THIS YEAR. High Times, the leading source for weed knowledge, bring their skunkiness to Seattle's Fremont neighborhood for the Medical Cannibus Cup 2012.
